1. Who We Are. AAA Plus Enterprises is one of the leading online marketplace that helps you locate a lender, insurance agent or credit counselor who can help meet your needs. There are more than 1000 participating Lenders, hundreds of insurance agents and several dedicated credit counselors on the AAA Plus Enterprises network.

2. Information We Collect. There are several areas on a AAA Plus Enterprises site where you may be asked to enter both personal and non-personal information. We DO NOT sell or share any personal information about you to or with any person or organization except: as authorized by you, to participating lenders, insurance agents, or credit counselors, or as may be required by law or court order.
· Information we receive from you on qualification forms. When you come to a AAA Plus Enterprises site to complete a qualification form you'll need to provide personal and financial information such as your name, phone number, e-mail address, income and other financial information depending upon whether your requesting help with a home loan, insurance or debt consolidation.
· Information collected from the "Calculators" section of our site. AAA Plus Enterprises makes several resources available to you to help you complete a qualification form. One of these resources is the "Calculators" section of our site. We do not collect any personal data you may input into to any calculators on our site.

3. How your information is used. We use the information you provide on your qualification form to match you with up to a participating lender, insurance agent, or credit counselor.

•Sharing information with our participating lenders, insurance agents, or credit counselors. At your direction (when you click on the "Submit" button), the information that you provide to us on the qualification form will be sent through the AAA Plus Enterprises system and presented to only one of our participating lenders, insurance agents, or credit counselors who offer the types of products (refinance loan, health insurance etc.) you have identified. We recommend that you contact them directly for more information about their specific privacy policies.
•Sharing information with third parties. We do not share any of your information with third parties.

4. Altering Information You submit Through a AAA Plus Enterprises Web Site.

• Changing your information. You have the ability to change or alter your information before you press the submit button. Once your information is submitted it will be provided to the participating lender, insurance agent, or credit counselor depending on the form you filled out. You may contact these people directly to issue any changes to your information.
• Security. AAA Plus Enterprises sites have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
